Seminar with Jenn Wicks Coaching – Sep 10 and 11, 2019, St. John’s Farmers Market Community Room, 245 Freshwater Rd., St. John’s

08/28/2019

ALBNL approved for 3 Core Learning Hours for each session!

SESSION #1: SEP 10, 2019 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM:
The first session of two will support participants to identify key areas where higher-conflict relationships are getting in the way of effective collaboration and healthy communication. Learning from past experiences of the team, we will create a vision for an idyllic relationship with stakeholders and work backwards from that vision. Session one will focus on communication –specifically around the commitments of active listening, powerful questioning, and how we take and share responsibility.

SESSION #2: SEP 11, 2019, 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM:
Building on the previous session, session two will focus on leadership approaches and tools that will support action, particularly in the area of managing difficult conversations and designing actions that will positively impact future projects and working relationships. Being able to manage difficult conversations can decrease stress, increase productivity and improve relationships. When we practice these skills, the business results are positively impacted, and we maintain and grow healthy relationships with stakeholders.

Jenn Wicks Coaching provides team training and coaching (1:1 or in groups) with organizations. Her clients develop their capabilities in self-awareness, cultivating positive relationships, co-creating outstanding teams, and practicing authentic leadership (declared the “gold standard” in leadership by Harvard Business Review) in all aspects of their lives.
