APALA, Atlantic Provincial Nursery Landscape Associations & LACF Scholarship – Inaugural Recipient


Joan Cole was recognized as the first recipient of the APALA, Atlantic Provincial Nursery Landscape Associations & LACF Scholarship, for students of Dalhousie’s B.Tech. LA program. Six landscape architecture and industry associations came together to establish the award that celebrates Atlantic Canada’s first professional landscape architecture program (APALA, CNLA, LACF, LNB & LPEI, LNL, LNS).
